You will not get local weather on either of the two you are contemplating.At least we don't get it here.Just moved to where cable is not an option.Sure hate the loss of local weather we got on the Weather Channel with our old cable service.

My model "H" even had the old style fronts with plenty of tread. My "L" fronts were mismatched Sears Guardsman snow tires, which I promptly tossed.
