Most of the shows make thousands off of ticket sales alone.Not to mention consessions and vendor fees. I think that by charging anything over $10 they are gouging. At alot of tractor shows exhibitors get in free. Shows that typically charge alot aren't non-profit groups but money driven entrepreneurs that are trying to make as much cash as possible. I don't get the impression that they care as much about preserving antique machinery as they do dead presidents.
