Dunno, Mine works fine while it's moving even with a heavy bale. The only time I notice the "power assit" thing is if I'm setting still with a bale or lifting a heavy load with the loader and trying to turn at the same time. Then, I will get that same "stuttering" effect at lower rpms. I attribute the problem to the somewhat lower pump output of the IH live pump. They sure aren't the best cure, but they are light years ahead of not having any assit at all. Thing of it is, I never noticed it when I was younger, 'cause nothing had power steering back then. :>) Allan
