Take the plugs out. are you sure it isn"t compression? I honestly don"t see why it shouldn"t roll forwards with ease. Does it do it with clutch engaged or disengaged? is the starter interfereing with flywheel movement? Are you sure that the tractor hasn"t thrown a rod? Perhaps the oil pump is preventing it from rolling forward. Maybe the rings are broken in the piston. There is a lot of possibilities, but I would start with the simple outside stuff first and then dig in to find out whats wrong ive honestly never heard of a 2 cylinder rolling backwards but not forward...indicates something broken to me
