looks to me like a jetstar or a bigmo 400. the grill emblem is the same as a jetstar not a 445. the front axle is turned around from its normal position. MM sold these tractors to military specs and they probably specified a gas tank capacity that was greater than the stock. They also wanted to keep it cheap so it had a barrel tank and no torque or extras. probably has an external side oil filter and a tall distributor base. I can also see it has the large hubs on the rear like a jetstar 3 industrial or a bigmo.
