Ed - thanks Wayne and Gerald - Good Advice Mine is an IH. A CIH parts guy off the top of his head thought around $150 - over $100 less then C&T. I also seemed to get the impression from him that welding it was commen (wouldn't say that was the way to go). So for about $30 in parts I'm going to fix it. ALIGNMENT - I don't have the HI book but have always measured the front to front and back to back tire distance to align the front wheels. I haven't done this in quite some time - think about an inch more in the back should give me the correct toe in ???. WELDING CAST - I always seem to have the greatest sucess when I use those million dollad rods and heat the cast part up. The heating seemed to be the trick as it eliminated (or reduced) the hot-cold line fractures. Anyone have any tips ???
