If dealer can't help with new try salvage yards, adeptr.com (parts then state) or lorenzomfg.com (links). The 380 CK or LL was built on the David Brown 880 or 885 tractor so might find same parts in one of those? The 880 & 885 had same 3 cylinder engine and 990 & 995 had 4 cylinder engine but I don't know if trans were even close to being the same from those? Post over on the Case forum also.
