To the best of my knowledge, he is not a distributor. He & his Dad run a heavy equipment repair business, with a good reputation. Wayne is a straight-up guy, he takes a real interest in keeping his customers up and running. From my conversations with him, they try to create long-term relationships, by helping customers maximize the life of equipment, rather than just making service calls..
