If you are out of shape,then get in shape. You may be straining muscles you don't use enough. If you are in shape (which I believe you must be or you wouldn't have wrote this post) then get a COMPLETE physical including complete blood work. If you love your job and it still aches at your age then somethings drastically wrong. Stress and job disatisfaction can cause fatigue,but I think you ruled that out. Is there undue stress in your personal life? Divorce,excessive child support,custody battles etc?? That will do it too. I think you just need to have the ole oil checked. You can learn a lot from it.
