24 is about the age your growth hormones are not repairing your body as fast anymore. Sounds like you are not letting your body catch up like it needs too. Your not a kid anymore and you will learn why us older folks go to bed early even on the weekends. Your body heals it self at night when you sleep and with a job on your feet allday you need lots of it. Spend a few bucks at a vitamine store or wallmart on some vitimines and especially the joint stuff like Glucosomine. Slam a protine shake before bed or in the middle of the night for a snak. GNC has a great vitamine called megamen. Remember all that stuff about your fruits and vegatables? Add protine sleep and water and slow down on the all night partys and you will be able to stay healthy. You work all day do you really eat 3 sqare meals a day? That advise didn't do anything for you as a kid but you arn't a kid now. Ask any old person if they wish they would have taken better care of their body? Just make small changes in your lifestyle and keep adding healthy changes in your diet and it won't seem like the party is over.
