At 24, you should not be feeling this way. As the others stated, a good bed, good diet, good shoes (I prefer Ecco) and most importantly, a good checkup (including blood work) by a competent MD. Have you been tested for Lyme disease? If not, ask your doctor if your symptoms warrant a Lyme test as well. Good luck,
