Hi A&P, If a normal med Doc can't help, try a herb Doc as it sounds like a diet problem. Eat out of the fresh vegetable and meat/fish departments only and I bet you see a improvement in a month. As to concrete, buy some soft rubber pads that are oil tolerant and work off of them. Buy several so you don't have to keep moving them to complete your work. This will help a bunch. Spray paint your name in shocking pink/orange on the back sides so they don't grow legs and walk away. Leather knee pads with foam rubber incerts works for the knees but puts pressure on the toes to stay on your knees. Better than no knee pads tho. T_Bone
