The 1870 is not a common machine so it may be difficult to track down a wiring schematic. However, there is one course of action guaranteed to get you results. If you visit your local AGCO White dealer (you can find your 3 closest dealers at www.agcocorp.com and look under the White tractor product line's "Locate a dealer" feature), its service department may have one on file. If not, they can obtain one for you directly from AGCO. But you'll have to go through the dealer. Preferrably, if you have a White dealer who was once a Minneapolis-Moline dealer before White purchased MM, go to it. The 1870 used a MM engine so the wiring diagram should be from MM. You might also post this on the MM discussion page on this site. Someone may have a service manual for this engine. Not sure, but think it was a 451 cu. in. engine or somewhere thereabouts. Hope this helps. Good luck on a fine White tractor!
