To me it would be around a $500 tractor. Now if the engine turned over then ya maybe $1000 but with it not running you never know how much or how little it might need to get it up and running. Carbs on the old JD are well known to get water in them and freeze and then brake the carbs and if thats happened it can cost $200-500 for a new/rebuilt one
