Well lets price it out in parts, If front wheels are originals in good shape at least $130 for the pair Carburetor $175 Gas Tank $40 (if good) Manifold $95 if good Head if good and crack free $225 Power Block & Pistons once unstuck and if it doesnt need to be bored and no cracks $1200 Tractors carcass alone going to scrap is worth $225 So there you can see you are at $2100 with just naming the potential value of a few of the parts. $1000 probably isnt bad but always try for less.
