Ford 3600 not starting/is it the starter?

Used my 3600 diesel to move some hay on Saturday. Parked it in the drive for a few minutes and when I came back it would not start. Can hear the solenoid click, but no spin at all. Thinking it might not have had a sufficient time to charge the battery I just put a charger on it overnight. Tried to start it Sunday after charging over night and had same results. Now I am wondering if I should go out and pull the starter and take it in for a rebuild. Have not had any electrical issues before. Thanks in advance. Kirk
