Assume you mean the inline pump. Would be good to know model of tractor. But on any of them remove line to first filter an determine if there is a full stream of fuel -could be a pluged pencil filter in tank.Should have a full flow. An if you have a manual prime pump you can remove an take apart -there might be a bunch of dirt in it.Since you already changed filters there should not be any problem with them.Also dont know if 930 tractors had a (t) handle on top of double filters but if it has it needs to be turned tight clockwise.If tractor runs for short time an than stops there is a restriction somewhere .If you have no fuel pressure gage you should be able to feel pulses of small pump on short hose to final filter if running corectly.
