Waterer pics

Before Christmas I said I would post a picture of our new cattle waterer, and here it is. 
The waterer is made from an old mining tire with one sidewall cut out. A piece of plastic culvert is concreted in to form a riserer. There is a float that controls the valve. and a sinking heater to keep the ice off. We bought a new to us digital camera. I was Playi.. er.. getting practice with it the other day and took a picture of most of this year's heifers and one of our Red Angus bulls.
