I acquired a Topeka Hi Way Mower three or four years ago, from someone who purchased it from the Missouri Dept. of Transportation. It is based on Willys running gear and about the same size as Willys3a. It has metal seat wide enough for two people, four wheel drive with high and low range. The six foot sickle bar mower is operated and raised by hydraulics. Engine is a Hercules four cylinder, flat head. It has dual rear tires, no windshield or top. I would like to communicate with anyone who has one of these interesting vehicles.
