I cant tell ya what insurance provider to use BUTTTTTTTT Id sure advise you to get some. The idea of incorporating can also provide at least some degree of isolation for the members as far as liablity for injuries although its NOT perfect. I gave a Seminar once at the John Deere Two Cylinder Expo in Iowa regarding potential liability for tractor clubs n shows but done forgot what all I said by now lol The other individual members of a "club/organization" are not necessarily liable for the actions of say one individual member but, of course, each person is still always liable for their own actions. Bottom line, use care n caution as the very basic general law of Torts is "The Defendant has a duty NOT to expose the Plaintiff to a reasonably forseeable risk of injury." Take care yall n God Bless John T
