Sorry to here of that. I am forutunate that the county I live had placed restrictions on the new construction etc. I live in Baker County, FL and we are growing like everyone else. Luckily we have a bunch of county commissioners that like the rural life and intend to keep it that way. See google earth link for my swamp bottom. Long time before any zoning comes my way. I am concerned now as DEPT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION and STATE are looking to include my land in Osceola Natl Forest. Not sure of those implications yet but I can be sure PRIVATE LAND hunting rules will change once inside Nat'l Forest Boundaries. Boundaries are if you look east of the place mark you can see the tractor playground (open dirt field). Go N of the place mark to back of the clearcut and that is back boundary. Property is shaped like an L with tractor playground as eastern border and western border the width of clear cut. Come S on West edge of clearcut to the road ("ess" S curve) and you are on S border. Link to 14409 Jack Dugger Road, Sanderson, FL. Clear as mud?
