My standard reply about the whether this time of year, last couple of years is: "I used to love the winter when I was younger, but now that I am older and busier, not so much" And I used to like it for the same reason as you did, it gave me a reason to use the tractor. And we have had lots of snowy winters in Central Mass. since about 1991. This year, I feel like we up an moved down south. Prolonged period of record and near record warmth - one cold day today, back to balmy weather tommorrow. It is kinda weird, but like I say, now that I am not such a spring chicken, I'll take it.
