Neither can anybody warn a bidder when the auction description is not right. Example - last week I warned bidders on a solar panel that claimed it was 80 watts, but was eventually changed to "80watt hours per day", but only in the small print. It was only a 25 to 40 watt panel. It will be easier for these sellers to cheat low feed-back bidders who may be a litle green, until after they get conned.
