The main reason I asked is that my dad has a 63 560 diesel that in neutral open throttle it turns 2100rpms. This is a 61 and it turns 1850, so I was thinking there might be an adjustment. The only thing noteable about this tractor is that when cold it lays out on one cylinder whether its 80 degrees or 0. It comes back to life after about 3 to 5 minutes as the engine warms up. I presume its a lazy injector or something. I dont know anything about these diesels. I will say this, it sat outside for 9 hours yesterday at the auction. It was 8 degrees when it was driven out there and 3 degrees when I started it. The H wouldnt start, the Super M barely started and neither the 7130 Case IH, 4366 IH, would start but the 560 started right up. I was surprised. The 7130,4366, and combine were all even plugged in. The H, Super M and 560 we not. So I guess I may have a lazy injector and from the sounds of it my dads 63 560 has been turned up a bit......Sooooooooooooooooooooo how can I get my tractor at least even with DAD, I can have dad out doin me ya know!!! Like father like son

All these conditions can be signals that your unit is in need of a tune up. Ok, so what is involved in a tune up? You say, swap plugs and file the points....now tha
