If the bearing on the turbo has an oil pressure line going to it like I thing it does, when the bearing went out and seal it may have pumped an enormous amount of oil into the entire intercooler, exhaust system, muffler, everything is probably just loaded with oil. It had to be pumping at least 50 psi of oil pressure the rest of the 2 miles home. I am sure after you run it very hard and put it under a load and get it nice and warm for a few hours the smoke will be history.
