Keeping Water out of Transmission

I just discovered that water got into the transmission of the 1755 again. It seems like the oil last about 2 years before it gets milky....this makes for an expensive oil change (~$90) and I would like to try and get some more hours out of the oil. I found these desiccant breathers and am curious if they would keep things nice and dry inside. Anybody ever try these?
