You might start out by explaining that grass fed beef won"t have any estrogen. I"ll bet she hasn"t ever been stepped on by a cow or pooped on or peed on either. Changes your whole outlook on walking food. Now I can think about eating again..... Hand cut filet over a bed of mesquite charcoal. Side of well, almost anything, but I am partial to baked potatoes and broccoli. Beef brisket marinaded in french dressing for a couple days then cooked slow in a roaster pan. Yankee potroast - perfect for city people. Cook in a roaster pan in the oven. Look in your Betty Crocker cookbook. It was made for city girls. Chuck roast - a nice big roast with onions, carrots, peppers, and thick sliced potatoes. Cook all day in a slow cooker or big crock pot.
