For a GOOD 4020 I would try to stay at 8500.00 Or less. A Good 4010 I would stay at around 6000.00 or less Maybe 4000.00ish to 5000.00ish? for a good 3010 thats if its GOOD! are you able to work the machine before you buy it? I know you want be able to dyno it but if you can work the tractor before you buy it could help you. If you can work it, reread some of these post have had on advice people have given me!
