Look at your Operator Manual and see what the rated RPM is. If you tractor is running less than the rated RPM, then do a little troubleshooting: air filter. fresh fuel. Fuel filters. Fuel pump. Linkage to injector pump. Let it idle then open up throttle quickly, evaluat how much black smoke you get - - too much is too rich - - not any is too lean. You don't just jump in on trying to turn up a pump without doing these things first.
