allan if your're haveing sleep problems get to the doc. i had sleep apnea got so bad the company was taking me off my job i did'nt know for sure what the problem was. had a good doctor an nurse done the sleep study nothing to it.they said over 65% of people have it today. I now sleep with a CPAP little costly at first depending on insurance but it'll save you life. go pardnor your worth it.don't put off to long pleace. Bill
