Whats you temp outside now, just checked mine few minutes ago 45*, we have a warm front coming thur from the S west. Sure is a nice change from single digits to 40's. Renters water frooze couple days ago, had to tell them how to thaw it out. They called this morn water storage tank fell over and broke pipes, so guess what I get to do tomorrow. Yeppers plumbing and install new tank....OH Well, no rest for the wicked..:>( Keith & Shawn
