Its nice to see that at least one of our teachers of young kids has the experiance to know the differance between BS and real farming. Yes I agree with all that you said we need to recycle most of the old machinery but on the other hand we need to save some for our grandkids to marvel at and wonder how we did the work with this old equipment. One of the things at the Brooks steamup that always draws a croud is the hand operated thresher and baler. My wife who is 81 remembers the days when she was young and worked on an old baler like the one they have. Her job was to return the wire back to the person who tied it. Walt
