3910 Ford electrical fault

An elderly man that owns a 3910 Ford is having problems with the lights(hazard and rear) mounted on the fenders. I will be by his place soon but on a tight time frame and I want to fix his tractor in the minimum amount of time. Is there a fuse and if so where is it located? He only has an operators manual.
