In NW Iowa a 4320 used to pull a 21 foot disk at about 4 mph and a five bottom plow with sixteen inch bottoms at 3 MPH in alfalfa and 4 1/2 in corn stalks but in Oklahoma a 21 foot disk that will go in the ground any depth might be a bit much for a 4320. Maybe an 18 foot might be a better bet. For the first couple of years that I was involved with harvesting in OK I thought the farmers were just in a hurry to get their tractors out when I saw them disking the wheat stubble the next day after the combines went through. Then I found out that if they don't till it right away that red soil will dry out and will be too hard to work. Jim
