Boy you want me to use my pea brain here as it has been years since i did any messing with car truck engines , i think that it is 1/4 pipe . Now here is some food for thought if the gauge goes down when ya put power to the engine and come back up when ya let off them ya have a main bearing problem and it will only get worse . Put a knowen good manual gauge to here and she should be running over 35 lbs and more in the 45-50 lbs range on a hot engine at 2000 rpm.
