Ford oil pressure sending guages aren't well noted for longevity! I've had 2 Fords that the guages don't work! But, given the fact this last one has 184,000 plus miles on it, i use it every day, and the guage hasn't worked since i don't know when, i don't worry about it! When i start it up, if it ain't rappin' or doesn't go BANG, i know the oil pressure is up, and ready to run. Try an auto parts store. If they have hired, or is operated by somebody with any mechanical smarts, they will probably be able to either tell you what you seek to know, or sell you a new guage! I doubt Ford dealers would have them, given the age of the vehicle, but thats why auto parts stores are there--to sell parts for older as well as newer vehicles!
