Well not with the set up I have. But its also mounted up front on my loader. The big V plow I have does a good job in snow up to 2 foot deep or deeper. Can't say for sure how deep it would work since the deepest I have ever had to do was 2 foot and I didn't need chains. Now this ice we have been getting yes I have to use chains and once on the tractor for the winter they stay on till spring. Oh by the way years ago I did live up that way. I lived in a little town call Leigh Neb. But that was alos around 40 years ago when snow did fall more then it has been now days

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
