Please understand, I paid $1,500 for this truck 3 weeks ago, I have no desire to dump a $1.000 into the transmission of a 15 year old truck. I've been driving an 89' F-150 with the same transmission and the same noise for 4 years and it has 200,000 miles on it, and it's still going strong. I just want to quiet it down, if it fails I call Sutty and tell him to come after it. A major component failure is a death warrant for these type vehicles as far as I'm concerned.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
