I 2nd that, ever notice the older you get the more cautious one gets, especially the part about losing ones footing. Even on dry pavement, tree leaf's and other things on the surface keep me wary and stepping lightly, especially when visting a friend in the nearby city who lives on the hill, when it's slick, that hill is a killer. At the end of a friendly game of hockey on our pond on sunday, legs tired, lightly skating backwards, caught an edge, fell backward, hit back of head on the ice, certainly shook the cobwebs loose, have a mild concussion, am lucky that is all, took monday off, will wear helmet next time ! Sorry to hear of your injury, hope you get well soon !
