This is another way of the feds scre*ing with your mind . Any time you have any kind of permit DOT # they can do this . That's why you want to keep trailors under 10,000 . They wan't their fingers in any thing they can get a doller out of & they want to know every thing you do the days are gone that you could trade or have a little job on the side and make a little money and stick it in your pocket . If the feds don't catch you the state will .
