Usually on such things you have to dig deeper than you should have to. Start with Dispute and counsel and got from there. Make sure you keep the info you need. If he host's his own pictures he can pull them. Plead you case with E-bay. It is in their best interest to do something. Just don't throw out the baby with the bath water. It is a good way to buy and sell. But like all other things the buyer should always beware. Also you aren't out any cash. jt
