Could be too that the ad photo he posted later, with the items n
the back that you thoguht you bought, was taken at an earlier time,
or someone paid him for the items and did not pick them up. I
used to buy some things off e-bay, but now only sell, there are too
many dishonest people out there. Even selling, I've had people run
bids up beyond the reserve, just to see what the reserve was, and
then never pay.

When selling, you can either put a reserve or a starting bid on an
item. Why someone would not do that on a higher priced item is
beyond me.
