I have turned a few roosa pumps up on my tractors.IH,Oliver.One of my 560s I put a pump off a 806 and runs the 2400rpm like the 806 rated speed and also has a turbo .The 806 pump is the 370 size pump head where the 560 is the 350 size head. Those two no. that you couldn't read probably were 35 meaning 350.To get the most fuel you need to take the top off the pump with the 3 screws that hold it on,remove the throttle linkage and the long spring and down in the bottom you will see a small hole and by turning the engine over by hand a allen head screw will apear thats your leaf spring setting.Turn that clockwise that will get you more fuel if you tighten it clear down that will give you the max.Like Brian said theirs the external smoke screw also that might get a little more but nothing like the internal one will.
