John Deere 6300 Fuel Problems

I'm working on a freinds 4WD JD 6300 and it has a fuel problem. It seems that there must be a transfer pump at that the plastic tank that is not sending fuel to the filter and injection pump.

This tractor is a late model with a lot of electrical components that I'm not knowledgable about. Is there a transfere pump in the tank like late model cars?

All the problems started when the operator had the ignition switch short out. We replaced the switch and the 30A fuse to the starter.

All of my experience is mostly working on old Caterpillar tractors. If anyone has a suggestion for a solution to this problem, I would be greatful.
