The cultivators should be lifted by arms/lift rods connected to the rockshaft. If there is a cylinder hanging on the bracket ont he Power-Trol, it should be disconnected and plugs in place in the Power-Trol unit when cultivators are being used-assuming this is all original equipment. When the remote cylinder is being used, hose couplings replace the blind plugs that are used with rockshaft operated equipment. There should be covrs to protect whichever one is not being used and there is a bracket ont he right side of the Power-Trol unit to store them. Paul
