international 244

hi, about a year ago i aquired a 244 international with a blown engine....literally a hole on each side of the block, complete with all the cracks. im guessing this is not going to be easy to fix. i have been searching for an engien to replace the one in it. it is a 3 cyl mitsubishi K3D diesel. it would seem that this engine would have been used in alot of things like forktrucks, etc and that i should be able find one....but not so. i am considering dropping in something else, like a diesel from a small truck? anybody know of any swaps for this machine? thanks, paul
