their darn good eatin according to my brother ,he raised them in northern alberta for a few years.. I was down in Southern Chile few years back where they hunt Wild Boars on Horseback ,they use big ol Dogs to chase em down and then a BIGGER dog to wrestle em ..then they get in there with a machete to finish the thing off ,biggest one in the area was taken by the owner of the camp I stayed at ,it weighed 400 lbs.. I saw it's head and the tusks were 5" long .. Also saw what those tusks will do to a horse !!! Great fun when the prey fights back!! and they thought us Canadians were crazy for running the rivers down there!!!
