Scientists have been studying global warming for some time now, and I have also tried to do research on the topic myself, and if you talk to 20 different scientists, seems you will get 20 different answers. Yes, burning fossile fuel is bad, and does put greenhouses gasses up into the air, but, humans are responsible for putting only about 5% of the total greenhouse gasses up there, the other 95% is from natural sources, but weither it is that 5% thats the cause of global warming, nobody is for sure, but some scientists think it is the cause. Others think that our putting greenhouse gases up into the air isn't the leading cause for global warming at all, and the planet is simply on a natural cycle that some think may only last 20yrs before going back the other way, but they aren't sure on that either. One thing I do wonder is what caused the last ice age?, so considering that, it would seem very plausible that the planet is simply on a cycle.
