I feel bad for ya, but I gotta agree with Allen. Think of it if roles were flipped. If you were standing on the lot with cash in hand, and the salesman said "nope, it might be sold", or if you were selling something and you had a maybe on one side and a fist full of cash on the other, I know what I`d do. That said, I don`t know all the details, and I wouldn`t think it unreasonable of the dealer to call you and give you the heads up on the situation. Hope you find an even better deal and all works out. Usually with me, right after I make a purchase, I find just what I was lookin for at half the price.
