I had the opposite happen to me last spring. Middle of April I wanted to sod my yard-only one place had sod available that early. I'm standing at the register when the phone rings. The guy commits half of his stock to the other guy over the phone-now there is not enough for me. Man was I mad-but-since he was the only show in town, I had to go back the next day to get what I needed. Greg
